Embodied Awareness is an on-demand foundational course that invites you into a deeper relationship with your body through direct felt experience, gentle somatic practice, and simple body-based learning. Rather than giving you more ideas to think about, it offers a space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the layers of your body that are already speaking all the time. Across six weeks, you will explore the wisdom of the skin, bones, muscles, blood circulation, lungs, and heart through guided embodiment audios, short teaching videos, and reflection prompts that help you integrate what you notice in your own way. The course is completely on demand, so you can move at your own pace, return to practices as often as you like, and let the work unfold in a way that feels steady, personal, and sustainable for your nervous system. This is not a course about performing embodiment “well” or understanding everything with your mind first.
