Sacred Embodiment LLP is committed to integrity, clarity, and mutual respect in all our offerings. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our sessions, workshops, courses, and retreats.
1. General Policy Overview
This policy applies to all services offered through [www.sacredembodiment.in](http://www.sacredembodiment.in), including:
• 1:1 Coaching Packages
• Group Workshops & Events
• Multi-Day Retreats
• Digital Products (Audio Journeys, Courses, Downloads)
• Online Classes and Memberships (when applicable)
All purchases are subject to the terms below. By booking or purchasing, you agree to this policy.
2. 1:1 Coaching Sessions & Packages
• *Advance Payment:* Required to confirm your package. No single-session bookings are available; all 1:1 work is sold in 3- or 6-month containers.
• *Rescheduling:* Allowed with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. You may reschedule via email or the booking link provided.
• *Late Cancellations (<48 hours):* Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, unless due to medical or personal emergency (considered on a case-by-case basis).
• *No Shows:* Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• *Refunds:* Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
• *Validity:* All sessions must be used within the package duration (3 or 6 months, respectively). Unused sessions expire after the duration ends.
3. Group Workshops & In-Person Events
• *Advance Payment:* All group offerings must be paid in full to confirm your spot.
• *Cancellation by You:*
◦ ≥48 hours’ notice: You are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% credit towards another future workshop.
◦ <48 hours’ notice or no-show: Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of verified emergency.
• *Cancellation by Us:* If Sacred Embodiment cancels the event (due to illness, low attendance, or emergencies), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
4. Multi-Day Retreats (International & Domestic)
Sacred Embodiment retreats are immersive, small-group experiences that require significant advance planning, venue reservations, and facilitator commitments. To ensure fairness and sustainability, the following cancellation terms apply:
4.1 Booking & Payment
• A *50% non-refundable deposit* is required to confirm your place.
• The *remaining 50% balance* is due no later than *60 days before the retreat start date*, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.
• Your booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
4.2 Cancellation by Participant
• *More than 90 days before retreat start date:* 50% of the total retreat fee (deposit) is non-refundable. You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval.
• *60–90 days before retreat start date:* 75% of the total retreat fee is non-refundable. If your spot can be filled from a waitlist, we will refund 25% (excluding the deposit).
• *Less than 60 days before retreat start date:* The full retreat fee is non-refundable.
• *No-shows or early departures:* No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the retreat.
4.3 Cancellation by Sacred Embodiment
In the rare case that the retreat must be canceled (due to illness, natural disaster, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances):
• Participants will receive a *full refund of all payments made*, or
• The option to *transfer to a future retreat* within 12 months.
Please note: Sacred Embodiment LLP is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, visas, travel insurance, or personal expenses incurred in connection with the retreat.
4.4 Travel & Insurance
• All participants are strongly advised to purchase *comprehensive travel insurance* that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
• Sacred Embodiment LLP cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during travel or the retreat.
5. Digital Products & Online Courses
• All digital products (e.g., Sacred Hips Audio Journey, recordings, PDF guides) are non-refundable upon delivery.
• If you experience technical issues accessing your files or courses, please contact us at [support@sacredembodiment.in](mailto:support@sacredembodiment.in) for prompt assistance.
6. Workshops/Events as Part of a Collaboration
• If you’ve booked a Sacred Embodiment event through a partner platform or external collaborator, their cancellation policies may apply. In such cases, Sacred Embodiment is not responsible for refunds issued via third-party platforms.
7. Payment Processing & Transaction Failures
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other third-party providers.
• In the event of a failed or blocked payment (e.g., due to banking restrictions), please contact your bank or retry with a different method (card, UPI, QR, netbanking).
• Refunds for failed transactions (not double charges) will be processed automatically within 7–10 working days.
8. Force Majeure & Unexpected Interruptions
In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, illness, political unrest, or emergencies), Sacred Embodiment reserves the right to reschedule, issue credit, or provide partial refunds depending on the situation and stage of the event planning.
