This 4-week body-based support journey is designed for women in perimenopause who feel overwhelmed, reactive, or unlike themselves. Moving beyond medical symptom-hacking, this program uses nervous system education and somatic awareness to help you navigate midlife changes with steadiness and self-compassion. You will learn to regulate emotional intensity, manage sensory overload, and rebuild self-trust during this significant identity shift. Through gentle embodiment practices and reflective coaching, the course provides a grounded path to inhabit your body with more clarity, helping you move from a state of constant overwhelm to one of internal authority and resilience.
