You will learn to regulate emotional intensity, manage sensory overload, and rebuild self-trust during this significant identity shift. Through gentle embodiment practices and reflective coaching, the course provides a grounded path to inhabit your body with more clarity, helping you move from a state of constant overwhelm to one of internal authority and resilience.
