Pity Party

Welcome to the Pity Party.

This is a 2-hour, gently held gathering created for women and LGBTQIA+ folks to come together and share space around the harder parts of being human - without fixing, advising or performing resilience.

This is not a therapy session. It’s a place to be witnessed, to laugh a little, to sit with discomfort, and to remember that you’re not alone in what you’re carrying.

You’re invited to show up exactly as you are - tired, tender, quiet, messy, unsure. Participation is always optional, and care will be taken to create a respectful and emotionally safe space for everyone present.

(Please note: this gathering is intentionally not open to cis men, in order to maintain the container this space is designed for.)
