Movement Therapy

A Manual of Foundational Body Exercises to Understand Your Body

This self-paced online course is designed to help you gently unravel physical tension, restore nervous system balance, and rebuild a healthy, trusting relationship with your body.

Through a series of foundational, body-based practices, you’ll explore how to feel at home in your skin again — without needing to force, stretch, or push yourself in ways that leave you feeling more disconnected.

The course contains: Meditative Conditioning, Warm Up Sequence, Targeted Exercise Explorations, Cooling Down and Alternate Nostril Breathing

Creating Safe Group Containers

NVC teaches us to listen from the heart and speak from the soul. It invites us to stay connected to our needs and the needs of others, even in moments of tension or truth.

In our workshops, it becomes a practice of embodied empathy, where students learn to:

  • Express emotions and needs without shame

  • Listen to others without taking things personally

  • Create safe, relational spaces where vulnerability is honored

Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS)

Opening the Somatic Doorway

This system uses conscious breath, movement, sound, and presence to access the body’s stored trauma and energy.

It helps participants:

  • Release chronic tension and held emotions

  • Reconnect with their body’s innate rhythms

  • Build capacity to feel without being overwhelmed
